It's surprising it took my husband and me this long to try Sattva since we both love Indian food so much. This place is a true hidden gem with a great variety on the menu and phenomenal quality. We got the samosas, chicken tikka, and chicken tikka masala with a side of garlic naan. Everything tasted amazing. The chicken tikka was juicy and the chicken tikka masala was so flavorful. Everything was delicious. The mint and tamarind chutney stood out the most as they were so delicious and full of flavor--by far the best tasting chutneys I've had at an Indian restaurant! When my husband went to pick up our order, he asked if they carried mango lassi, and the kind worker gave him a free mango lassi. Great caring people with high-quality food. We will be back for sure and want to try more things they offer.
Great food. Great porrions. Great prices. Friendly service. This was our first time here. Very friendly and cozy atmosphere, we had Lmab Curry (Awesome), Paneer Tika Masala, Daal, and Makhani (V). It's rare that all dishes were just right. Garlic Naan was a good size and freshly made (of course). we will definitely be coming back here. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

Came here for dinner this evening and it was delicious!!! Service was super friendly and accomodating. We will definitely be back soon! We got the Chicken Mhakani, Chicken Biryani, and of course you can't have Indian food without your mango lassi. Everything was super fresh, the service was prompt, and serving sizes were super generous! There was even enough to take home for leftovers. We decided to dine outside (taking advantage of this good weather before it starts to get too chilly) but there is also plenty of indoor seating. This restaurant is located directly to the left of the Edwards Cinema at Aliso Town Center - the parking lot is huge so you won't have any trouble. Highly highly recommend!! My new favorite Indian place in the area.
Looking for takeout and yelp suggested we try this one! Overall really happy with the quality and flavors of the food. We placed the order online for delivery and it was much quicker than we expected. We sampled a bit of everything - vegetable samosa's - garlic naan - chicken tiki marsala - basmati rice - and tandoori chicken. I loved that they had options to choose your spice level - not common in this area. Everything was delivered hot and packaged so nicely! Really appreciate that effort so we had no spills or messes. Everything was delicious! We chose a medium spice on a couple of dishes and it was very good. I love indian food because of all the unique spices and flavors. This spot didn't disappoint! The only item that was a bit unexpected was the flavor profile on the tandoori chicken. It just wasn't what I was expecting, a bit tangy and more citrusy than I'm accustomed to but still good all the same. Pricing was very reasonable although we will probably just pick it up ourselves next time. Highly recommend! Looking forward to trying more dishes.
Veggie pakora- this seems like a great recipe. The one I got was just a little over fried. It was so crunchy that it came out kind of dry. However, I just used it as a crunch factor added into my dal tadka 3/5. Samosa - can't go wrong with this and they didn't go wrong. It was very good, was delighted that I got two orders. The mint chutney is not my favorite in the area, but it was nice and spicy. I had my samosas with the Raita more so. 5/5 Bhatoora- a nice tasty fried bread, but after pick up and bringing it all the way to my house it was cold and it's not something that can easily reheat. I'm sure it was delicious when it was fresh, but I might pass on this unless I eat in the restaurant next time. 3/5 Garlic naan- very tasty, perfectly cooked 5/5 Chicken tikka masala- the classic white roll order from an Indian restaurant, and order it I did. This is a good recipe. 5/5 Dal tadka- SO good. Really my favorite tadka I've had in all of California. There's one that rivals it in Chicago but it so far wins best in state and this is one of my favorite Indian dishes. 5/5 Malai kofta- veggie dumplings in a thick creamy sauce. This is the one of the few items that did not have a picture on the website but I gambled and I want! This was really tasty. 5/5 Chicken malai kabab- very tasty and seemed like the best of the healthy options 5/5 The food is probably four stars, but the service was five stars. So convenient ordering from their website for pick up and every menu item has a photo. Also, the gentleman when I picked it up was really kind and clearly takes a lot of pride in the restaurant.
